Requirements and guidance to submit your work

Participate in the conference

To attend the conference you need to log in to your account on the Solar Power Tech website.
Only registered users will have access to the Live Event and Live ePoster Session.

Contribution types

Participants are invited to showcase an oral presentation or ePoster, however only registered users will have access to the submission tab.

Deadlines

Deadline for submission of abstracts: June 1st
Notification of abstract acceptance: June 7th
Deadline for submission of recorded oral presentation/ePoster: June 28th
Early bird registration*: June 28th
*Only attendees registered for oral/poster in early bird will be included for randomly selected conference gift packs

If you are already logged in, click here to submit your abstract. Once there, you can choose the type of contribution you’d like to present.

 

If I cannot attend the live event

If you’re unable to attend the live event or only now discovered this conference, you still can have access to the conference content. Registration and access to the content of the conference will be open until July 23rd.

Oral Contributions

We encourage early submissions for oral contributions, because if your work is not accepted but still relevant enough we will recommend you to present it as an ePoster. If your work is accepted you will receive an abstract acceptance e-mail. You will have exclusive access in the solar-power-tech website to the “Presentation submission” tab for uploading your video. All oral contributions will be pre-recorded video presentations.

The submission of oral contribution will be open from 14th June to 28th June (17:00 Lisbon time).  
For the submission of oral you are required to provide the below files:

  • Photo of the main author
  • Graphical abstract image (aspect ratio of 16:9 and a maximum resolution of 1280×70 pixels) JPEG, PNG.
  • Affiliation logo
  • pre-recorded video presentation (maximum duration of 15 min, file type mp4)

e-Poster

Participants that would like to present their work as ePoster must submit the abstract before the deadline. If your work is accepted you will receive an abstract acceptance e-mail. You will have exclusive access in the solar-power-tech website to the “ePoster submission” tab for uploading your ePoster. You will have until June 28th to submit your ePoster.

The submission of ePoster contribution will be open from 14th June to 28th June (17:00 Lisbon time).  
For the submission of ePoster you are required to provide the below files:

  • Photo of the main author
  • Graphical abstract image (aspect ratio of 16:9 and a maximum resolution of 1280×70 pixels) JPEG, PNG.
  • Affiliation logo
  • pdf file (with the template of SPTech conference – standard ISO216 A0 size)
